If you are working with a NEW Infinity/Evolution Gas Furnace and the User Interface cannot find the furnace.
-B Model UI
You need to update the software in the User Interface to Version 4.47.
Now this can be done on the jobsite or at your office.
On Site
Install the UI
Once powered, the User Interface will ask to go into DEMO mode.
From there you can connect to Wifi and wait for the server to sync to update the software(this could take a few hours)
Or
You can use a MicroSD card with the version 4.47 on it and upload it to the control manually.

At your office
You will need a 120vac to 24vac transformer, and 1 green ABCD plug.
Wire 24vac to terminals C&D of the green plug.
And then you can slip the green plug onto the terminals labeled ABCD on the back of the User Interface and it will power up.
Once powered up the User Interface will go into DEMO mode, and you can then manually install the software using the MicroSD card.

Re-package the UI.
Once the User Interface is on the jobsite and powered up, it will automatically discover and install the system on powerup.
-C Model UI
At your office
You will need a 120vac to 24vac transformer.
Wire 24vac to terminals C&D of the Control subbase
Step 1
Connect the control to the subbase.
Step 2
Plug the transformer into the wall.
Step 3
Depending on the transformer and power constraints you can add multiple controls to a transformer.
Step 4
Power the control and it will ask you to enter demo mode, say yes.
Step 5
Press menu on the main page.
Step 6
Press the down button.
Step 7
Go to wireless.
Step 8
Setup connection.
Step 9
Scan for connection points.
Step 10
Select for WiFi connection point.
Step 11
Press the security key.
Step 12
Enter the password and hit next.
Step 13
The UI will connect to access point.
Step 14
Wait for the software update to appear. 24-48 Hours.
Step 15
Click on the software update and accept update “Yes”.
Step 16
The control will update.
Once the control has gone thru the update process and will say to update the mobile App. The Update has been completed.
