This class is an entry to Carrier’s current Open controls product. This 4-Hour class will acquaint the student with the tools and methods required to install and commission Carrier product-integrated controls. These controls include the Carrier RTU Open Controller that can be factory-installed on most rooftop units up to and including 20 Tons. The class will also cover the use of factory-installed programmable Universal Protocol Converters (UPC).

This class is not associated with the Carrier Controls Expert program.

This class is designed for installation and service personnel.
