Commercial/Residential Parts Assistance form

If you have a “35”, “39”, “40UV”, “45” or “62” series unit, you will need to create a case in RC Community. You will need to attach a picture of the unit’s nomenclature when creating case. If you have a “42” series , you will need to fill out the “42” series form in RC Community or the OnePortal.  If you are needing a replacement heater for any of these units, you will need to send a picture of the heater’s nomenclature as well.

If you have a “17”, “19” or “23” series chiller unit, the customer/dealer will need contact Carrier Direct.
